The 'power consumption is high' message can translate to low battery volts - or something like AC, power-steering, etc. is actually drawing too much current to allow engine auto-stop to enable. Try deactivating it & reactivating it as well, sometimes the systems get themselves in a knot, another solution, maybe to disconnect the battery and leave it off for a good 10-30 minutes to allow the current to dissipate and then do a complete reset of the cars systems.
