Skoda Octavia Mk III (2013 - 2020) Re-calibrating radar cruise (after bumper removal) As the title says! Bought a Superskoda grille and will be fitting it to my vRS when it arrives. Looked in the tech section regarding the bumper removal which looks straight forward enough but then read that the acc/front assist will need recalibrating. I have had front assist (audible) warnings since the car was new, mainly on long right hand bends. Recently the car performed front-assist-activated stops on 2 bends with no apparent hazards. At this point I took the car to Skoda and they performed a radar software update to address this (the 91R2 update campaign). I believe the Lane Assist sensor and the HBA sensor are one and the same. Hence why all vrs can have HBA enabled using VCDS. It just needs the Lane Assist sensor to work. When you look at the rear view mirror housing from the front of the car, the circular sensor is the rain sensor and the V-like aperature is the Lane Assist / HBA sensor. Does anyone have any experience of Traffic Jam Assist (part of the Travel Assist add-on) with a manual transmission?
